The Clan Lindsay Society was founded in 1897 and our aim is to improve communications between Society Members and to encourage all Lindsays, wherever they are in the world, to share in our culture and history.

We have a Board of Management who run the Society and organise events and communications.  Our Board Members are listed on the Office Bearers page.

Each year we hold a Gathering – a social occasion for the specific purpose of bringing the Lindsay family together in a location with a connection to our Clan.  All the details can be found on the Gatherings page.

We welcome new Members from around the world.  We are open to all who bear the surname Lindsay (or one of its many spellings) or have a blood-line descent from a Lindsay ancestor, irrespective of your current surname.  If you’d like to join us then please follow the instructions on our Membership page.
